My Patterns… In a magazine!

Whoosh went July (washed away in the rain!) and August has gone in a flash (is there a bit of a weather theme going on here! ). I should have written a post long before now to share some exciting news…

My Spiral Beanie and Mitts are now published in a crochet magazine!

They’re in the September edition of Happily Hooked Magazine. I’m so excited… my patterns in a crochet mag ❤️

This post contains affiliate links. If you purchase using them, I am paid a small commission, but at no extra cost to you, I am just obliged to tell you.

A bit of extra work resulted from them being accepted, firstly conversion to US terms, as I write in UK crochet terms! Followed by going through them with a fine tooth comb with fresh and extra pairs of eyes. This resulted in some rewording, improved layout and errors fixed.

I don’t know how we missed them in testing, but a wonderful eagle eyed tester of a new matching Cowl pattern spotted them! So, they should now be grammatically accuate, error free and completely fabulous 😘

The new improved patterns, written fully in both US and UK terms, have both been republished on Ravelry and LoveCrafts. Those who have bought these patterns have automatically received the updated version (and my humble apologies 😔).

The patterns will remain available to purchase individually as normal, but you also have the option to buy the September edition that contains them and a several more lovely patterns too.

If you’d like to buy the magazine, here is my link: Happily Hooked (affiliate). It offers great value with 2 of my patterns and lots more all with an Autumnal theme. You also have the option of a yearly subscription that saves loads than if you were to buy individual issues.

Alternatively you can find my patterns both on Ravelry and LoveCrafts, your choice of where to purchase them, same file same price:

Ravelry : Spiral Beanie Spiral Mitts

LoveCrafts: (affiliate) Spiral Beanie Spiral Mitts

The Spiral beanie and matching mitts are perfect for Autumn and Spring and they’re quick to make too. You’ll be whipping loads up for gifts and craft fairs.

If you like them please fav on Ravelry to help others to find them and if you make them, show them off with a linked Ravelry or LoveCrafts project.
